Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

"Let me start by saying that I went thru three other companies and thier prices were really high up there. I was ready to give up on a dream that I have had for years . My children are all moved out and I thought I can finally reface my kitchen . … but the quotes I was getting were depressing …. But my son suggested Angie’s List 😀… I have never tried Angie’s List before so I thought what the heck … well to my surprise I called three companies out of Angie’s List and one of them was Wiseman Home Improvements . I am so glad I chose them to work on my kitchen . Phil came gave and estimate but I had seen two before him … needless to say … Phil sent me an estimate and it was right within my budget …. I was so happy we started April 1 thought at first it was an April Fools joke … but it wasn’t 😀. Phil worked with me on picking my counter and floor and back splash …. Phil is a cool dude . Than came Ryan really nice man . He coordinated the crew … he has an awesome crew … I met Cameron … Raul … Duane… Stan … and others bit can’t remember their names but they are all a nice group . Ryan makes sure everything is done correctly and drops in here and there makes sure all is going well . I have no complaints my kitchen looks beautiful… I’m so happy with the results . I would hire Wiseman Home Improvements without a hesitation . Now I hired them to do my patio door. In the near future if I decide to remodel another room in my house Wiseman will be the ones I call. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."
