"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"It went great! They set traps and educated me on what areas I needed to seal. They returned and were able to trap rodents. Never had a reoccurring issue. The employees were very nice and answered all the questions I asked."

"Jason from Wildlife Rodent Control was very responsive. He came the day after my initial call. He was very thorough in investigating our attic, roofline and eaves of our home for possible critter penetration. He explained the habits of rats and squirrels, and the process he would use to trap them. He setup bait traps in our attic and monitored them. Though nothing was trapped, Jason patched the small holes in the eaves that were possible entry points. We no longer hear noises in the attic. Jason was friendly and professional. We would definitely contact Jason again should the need arise in the future."

"Good professional work. Definitely will help us stay ahead of the pest control with this service."

"Everyone that I talked to and the technician (Gill) were very professional and he did a great job. I would recommend Fast Action Pest Control to anyone."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"They were able to quickly come out for a home and pest inspection for a client that had an offer on a home. The inspectors were very professional and knowledgeable."

"We have a monthly contract with Eliminate EM Pest Management to control insects and bugs also to eradicate rodents. They are prompt and courtesy and very efficient"

"The Pest Control employee arrived earlier than told. He went to work outside and then inside. He asked questions about were the bug problem was the worst. He was very polite and informative."
