"First of all let me start saying that Mila and Crew are awesome people you can trust/rely on. We had an existing rotten staircase with so many cracks . They removed and replaced with red wood materials . They asked for the requirements and were very good and fast in understanding what we wanted. Their work was perfect. They not only completed it in the scheduled time but also did a great clean up after the job. I asked them to seal the railing and they did together with the sanding including which was not in the initial scoop of work. Overall Mila and her crew did fantastic work and communication with in project was very clear. We highly recommend. They are very clear, patient, hardworking, friendly and accommodating. "I hired Wiseman's to replace all the windows and two sliding doors in my home - 17 items all together. The installer was efficient, organized and kept everything tidy throughout the process not just at the end of the day. I work from home and he was able to work around my business calls and avoid the noisier parts of the project which was wonderful. "First of all, they are very expensive. I needed two sections of drywall repaired that were a maximums of 6 inches by 6 inches. The estimate was $789.00. At first I laughed this off as a contractor who had more work then he could handle at the time, and so created an absurd invoice. Unfortunately, the work was being done is in a rental house that I own and the tenants are inconvenienced every time that I have a contractor creating an estimate. I decided against my better judgement to go with someone who is ridiculously priced but had good reviews. Bad idea. After they completed the work they added another $110.76 for a "materials" fee, which was not added to the previous invoice. $798.00 is absurd for 3 hours of work and $20 in materials. (I know this because I have do this myself.) $890.76 is criminal."

They did an excellent job in executing all these activities. Our remodel of the kitchen required an expansion of the kitchen footprint, and we ended up using Future Generation Construction custom cabinets. These cabinets were designed and built, in my opinion, to be of better quality than by a commercial supplier. Future Generation Construction was on time and budget, excellent to work with and great communicators through the whole process.
