We got to work with Roman who came in with the best bid that was broken down and very transparent. The were not the lowest or highest but some of the other companies had ridiculous pricing (for the same exact products). I highly recommend this company and I will not hesitate to call back for another remodel in the future."

"7/24/2024 We selected Future Generation Construction for our major kitchen remodel. Paul, the owner, was our General Contractor (Lic # 1119373). Paulà ¢à  à  s job performance and his work ethic were far superior to other trades people we have dealt with. All of his work was performed to code, no short cuts. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He always left his work site clean when he finished for the day. His communication with us was excellent and he always listened when we had questions or made suggestions. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend and use Future Generation Construction in the future. P Murphey"

"Joe and his son Joe showed up on time and we discussed what was going to be done. Joe Sr. asked me since the backsplash was going to be white did I want to change the outlets and switches from ivory to white which I did. He said he would take care of it. Took a couple of hours for all of the supplies and the new granite to be picked up and then they started the demo. of the kitchen. Next day I was informed that since Joe Sr was the only one in the company who knew how to cut granite he was being sent to another project but would return to continue work on my kitchen. Two hours later he did and worked on cutting and installing the granite. Another worked cleaned the cabinets with the Restore A Finish. I received a call later in the day from the owner William Caldwell who informed me that Joe Sr was going to be sent to another project and others would finish the work. The next day I had two workers replacing the threshold and front porch post, the plumber showed up but because two workers where installing the backsplash he couldn't hook up the dishwasher so he said he would return the following day. Because of the schedule Caldwell Construction brought in Corinthian Tile and Stone to install the backsplash and the two men did a great job. The plumber returned the next day and installed the dishwasher. The only complaint I have is about the outlets and switches. When I asked William Caldwell about installing them he said it wasn't part of the contract and would have to be done at another time. He said he would give me a good price. Two weeks later I called and said I would like to set up an appointment to have the outlets and switches replaced and that Joe Sr had already purchased the items so I had everything here. The office said she would check the schedule and call me back. She didn't call back so I called again the next day and spoke with Steven the field manager who said they were too busy with two new kitchens they were working on and said he couldn't pull anyone away for a day to take care of it. He said he would speak with William Caldwell and call me back. He didn't. I hired Jones Electric who came out and in less than an hour replaced the outlets and switches."

"We talked to so many contractors for our kitchen remodel. It involved a kitchen/dining room wall removal and basically redoing the whole kitchen. When we met Ben we were impressed that he had a VISION for our kitchen and our house. So many wonderful ideas and design, with new layout, new pantry location, windows moved and, yes, the wall came down! Made our house feel so much larger. Also cost was more reasonable than others who were bidding for this job. Ben worked with us every step, efficient, gave us ideas, didnâ t disappear on us or any of other horrid stories that one hears with contractors. We know well now that in the future, for any remodeling needs, we will be hiring HomeX. Highly recommend."

Vlad and his team (Alex, Alexei, Vasiliy, Nick, David) did such a great job and made it happen! They worked with me from designs and color selections. They are well-mannered, polite, well-trained and well-experienced in skills. Very impressive. Detail oriented, but they could finish the work quickly. They are very responsive and prompt in time, which I really liked and appreciated. They vacuumed and cleaned the area and to the entrance every day before they left."

"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"
