As always, go with licensed contractors and A rated better business BBB ratings. Be forewarned, will need to keep your windows open to let the chemicals air out"

"It went fabulous. My master bathroom and master bedroom look awesome! All the guys were great, showed up on time and got the work done. The tile work is impeccable. The paint on the walls looks spectacular. The floors are pure beauty. The best part is my beautiful shower, between the tiles picked out, with Phil's incredible eye and being on the same page with me through the whole process. I loved the entire experience with Wiseman! I highly recommend their service. Special note: Wiseman also did my downstairs hall bathroom remodel, and did a fantastic job, with flooring, tile work, plumbing, and installation of new vanity, mirrors. The cost of the Hall Bath was 9,748.00."

"The workers were timely, friendly and willing to do extra small jobs. They did an outstanding job. The paint lines were impeccable (Thanks Mike), and the cleanup was thorough. The only reason that I did not provide all A's for this company is due to poor communication between (S), the workers and us. (S) arrived and gave us a reasonable price, told us that if the job was not completed that day, then we could have the workers back to finish on the next work day. The workers and I agreed that a second day was necessary. However, when they were ready to return on the next working day, they were reassigned and we were left to try to make other arrangements with the office for another date. This caused a ripple effect of rescheduling other jobs around the condo. (S) did not take responsibility for the miscommunication, but the office staff was great about resolving our problem and my feelings."

We were so pleased with the results that we had Homex remodel the kitchen of one of our rentals as well. "We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"
