"First of all, they are very expensive. I needed two sections of drywall repaired that were a maximums of 6 inches by 6 inches. The estimate was $789.00. At first I laughed this off as a contractor who had more work then he could handle at the time, and so created an absurd invoice. Unfortunately, the work was being done is in a rental house that I own and the tenants are inconvenienced every time that I have a contractor creating an estimate. I decided against my better judgement to go with someone who is ridiculously priced but had good reviews. Bad idea. After they completed the work they added another $110.76 for a "materials" fee, which was not added to the previous invoice. $798.00 is absurd for 3 hours of work and $20 in materials. (I know this because I have do this myself.) $890.76 is criminal."

"Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. Thanks again Geico Builders, we will keep you as our primary family builders."

"Performed a full remodel of the downstairs in 3 weeks, my wife and I could not be more pleased. The contractor was honest, professional, friendly, timely, and adaptable. Was even willing to suggest nice touches to improve the appearance of the kitchen remodel without charging more. I ended up reaching out again to fix a pesky roof leak that I had literally been trying to resolve for 10 years (about 4 different roofers had already tried and wasted thousands of dollars), sure enough he was able to cut open the drywall where the leak was and identify some exterior flashing ending on the wrong side of my stucco. Fixed it up in half a day and hose tested the leak."
