We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our kitchen and bath remodel. Dave and his crew came to our rescue after a failed contractor experience. We appreciated the fact that each person working on our project was specific to their craft. Dave provided excellent design ideas while staying within our budget. We highly recommend WDS Remodeling and Renovation. Our kitchen was completely remodeled (with a wall removed) in about 3 ½ months (would have been sooner but Covid got in the way!). Dave’s pricing is very fair, he is always quick to communicate and provided constant updates along the way. Elliott and Mike did a fantastic job with the renovation and made sure that we were completely satisfied with all the work, down to the very last detail. Remodeling can be very stressful at times, but the quality, responsiveness, and customer service exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WDS and team, we will definitely use them again for future projects.

Great. The paint didn’t cover well. Before we could call the contractor, he called us and said the job wasn’t up to his standards and sent a fixer right away. No tension for a construction job is a blessing.

Our project took a little longer than anticipated but to be expected with such projects based on my previous experience. The workers were very respectful of our property and kept their work space neat. The coordination of the subcontractors and updates for scheduling based on unanticipated delays was very good. The contractor provided excellent communication on day-to-day events and was on site almost daily. He was amenable to requests for changes/additions and very responsive to my contacting him and not just Monday through Friday while the work was being done. It was worth the 7 weeks. My bathroom is beautiful! I am very pleased with the results! I recommend WDS.

Wonderful experience. Very professional men who did the job. They were easy to talk to, and when we needed to change a couple of things they were very accommodating! We would totally hire them again. We wish we had known about them when we remodeled our bathrooms!!

David Smith runs a truly professional business, from the initial meeting we had with him to discuss renovation plans to the customizing of details as BOTH projects unfolded-David listened carefully and offered sound and experienced advice on both the practicality and ultimate beauty of our envisioned design. He has just completed two bathroom remodels for us with exquisite white marble showers, countertops, grey herringbone tile floors and custom cabinetry. His family crew (Elliot and Ryan) are highly experienced craftsmen, we could not have asked for better people to do business with over the course of weeks and weeks of a large remodel project. I give them the highest review ratings imaginable for stellar work from the envisioning of a project through to completion. These are expert designers and craftspeople as well as really great people!

Extremely well. This job was a complete gut-and-rebuild of the kitchen, from the floor to the ceiling - new cabinets, new appliances, new lighting, new everything. We even had a wall removed and replaced with a breakfast bar. This was the third remodel project on my house and WDS is, by far, the best contractor I've ever hired. I give WDS Remodeling my highest recommendation.

The workmanship was very poor. I had them replace the original tiles in the shower to the 12x18 size tiles. The tile work ended up with the spaces between the tiles being very inconsistent - narrow to wide. The tiles on the shower floor was worse. I told Dave that I could feel many edges and corners on the tiles as I walked in the shower. I felt one misstep would result in an injury. He said he would fix it. The repair was worse than the first installation. When he offered to fix it again at additional cost I decided to get a second opinion. I consulted five professional tile installers and they all agreed the work was substandard. They said the sides of the shower floor was so steep it was like standing in a bowl. I decided to rip out the entire shower and have a professional tile installer do the work. Best decision I made! It's been a year since Dave worked on my bathroom and I have had plumbing leaks. The shower hardware they installed has been leaking. The pipes under the sinks started leaking and it was apparent that the pipes were not put in straight but we're angled. The repair was difficult because they glued the tubing in tight... The tile installed on the floor is wavy. They were not laid flat. We will be replacing the tile on the floor. This bathroom has cost us a lot more than what we originally contracted for because of the amateur work that was performed.

The job went well. First we met with the firm owner who scoped out the project. Then he had different craftsmen come in at different times to do different phases of the project. These involved demolition, framing, sheet rocking, and finishing. The quality of the workmanship was very good. The owner dropped by from time to time to see how the work was going. He was easy to deal with, and the several small changes to plans were arranged with no difficulty. The kitchen ceiling needed to be retextured and blended into the texturing of the dining room ceiling. While the job was being done, it was like watching an artist at work.

Dave and his crew were great. Dave gave a written estimate on-site during our initial meeting. His price was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive out of the 4 bids I received. Dave gave me a date on when he could start, and when the windows would be available. Dave started within a couple of days of the estimated date he gave me. His crew was on-time every day, cleaned up after they were done each day, and completed the work on-time.
The job turned out amazing. We are completely satisfied with the window Dave recommended, and the quality of the work his team did. Will definitely use Dave again. in fact, we are currently talking to him about remodeling our master bathroom, and replace the rest of the windows in our house.

WDS Remodeling was excellent! They are one of the best remdeling companies I have worked with and I have worked with a few on many projects. Dave and his crew make dreams a reality! They took my old rundown bathroom and transformed it into a functional showplace. They helped with every aspect of my project from design ideas through construction. Dave even met me at the tile store and helped me pick out tile and added some really great ideas that I had not thought of that made my bathroom even more perfect. They were always timely, efficient, orderly, clean and caring. If there were any problems, they told me right away and always had a idea to solve it. Every effort was made by WDS Remodeling to ensure that we would be happy with our new bathroom!
