"I recently had my roof replaced by Apollo Roofing and I can't be more excited about it. Not only were the workers super friendly and efficient (Alex especially) our project manager Chaim was on time and very professional. The roof didn't take long to replace, about 3 days which I appreciated seeing as the holiday was coming up quick. As most of you know the summer is a busy time for our little town, especially the 4th of July so having our roof done by the 1st was very important to us. I am really happy with the work, and we have seen no issues since the job was completed."

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

"We replaced my mother-in-law's roof (in Santa Cruz) completely, including new gutters, skylights, fasure boards etc. It was really on its last legs. We could not have had a better experience. Where other suppliers were slow to reply, Tony came back to us immediately. California Roof Technicians' quote was much, MUCH more reasonable than the other roofing contractors. He answered any questions we had about the details of the quote straight away. Staged payment: Paying the first half after initial inspection, tear-off and delivery of materials and the second half after final inspection was a very fair way of doing things. It gave us confidence from the start that we were dealing with a professional company. Tony went out of his way to ensure that we were kept informed as to what was happening. We needed to replace some of the plyboard under the shingles and instead of charging by the hour for each of the crew (which all other contractors had quoted) he charged us by the sq. foot. We were on a budget and it gave us the feeling that costs would not get out of control if anything unexpected happened. Not just cost but speed, efficiency, quality of workmanship, management and attention to detail were all incredible. Tony and his crew were also extremely neat and tidy and left the house and garden spotless (they even made regular sweeps with magnets to pick up every last nail). If ever I was going to recommend a roofing company, California Roof Technicians would be it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone."
