Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

They built custom drawer boxes and cabinet door fronts, installed quality hinges and drawer runners, and painted the cabinets inside and out with our color choice. They offered valuable advice on hardware and modifications to a pre-existing cabinet. Pride in their craft was evident as the crew gave 100% every day. They also did their best to arrange their work around our schedules. The worksite was spotless, and even after painting there was no dust or cleanup. Their prices are very competitive. "We wanted to elder-proof our master bathroom. It called for a redo of the shower and the bathtub. As an after thought we also did the counters of the bathroom cabinets. The work was done on time and within our budget. Our shower and bathtub installation was done by Slavic. I thought his work was exceptionall. Our contact while doing the construction was Linda and we were very satisfied with her. I would recommend working with this construction company at any time. The workmanship was exceptional and looks gorgeous. What I was disappointed with was the lack of guidance we got in determing where to put the grab bars, what tile to use and design issues. "

"This company is priced higher than others by about $500 but the sales pitch was good and they felt genuine in their goal to make us have an effortless and quick turnaround with impeccable work. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left.
