"Needed gas fireplace maintenance. They came by, diagnosed the problem quickly, told me the part to order and said that I could actually fix it myself when I get it - no charge! But when I received the part from Amazon I asked them to come back to install it. Their office is only about a mile from my house in Fairfield, but the day they came they were working in Berkeley - obviously very popular! They showed up, put the part in, did a little troubleshooting, and we had a working fireplace again!
