"Needed gas fireplace maintenance. They came by, diagnosed the problem quickly, told me the part to order and said that I could actually fix it myself when I get it - no charge! But when I received the part from Amazon I asked them to come back to install it. Their office is only about a mile from my house in Fairfield, but the day they came they were working in Berkeley - obviously very popular! They showed up, put the part in, did a little troubleshooting, and we had a working fireplace again! Jeremy came out and spent hours with us explaining what areas of our home needed to be insulated. He had this great tool which be infrared light, could show the hot and cold areas of the walls.
