"Could not be happier, texted just last night for someone to check my AC unit not running. Said they'd be here 12-2pm today, quick turnaround with these 100+ degree days. Anyway the tech lands here right at 12, troubleshoots the issue in 15 minutes, and was done and gone by 12:20. It was a simple condenser connection issue so only paid the initial consultation fee...would definitely use and recommend these guys again for any of my HVAC needs."

"Last summer, Ecology Air Innovations Inc did an excellent job of replacing my old HVAC system with the new system. Price point is very reasonable as compared to 4 other companies in town. Mark and Jake were punctual, knowledgeable and very competent. I waited 4 months to write a review to make sure of the results Overall, very satisfied with the service outcome. Highly recommended to anyone who have doubts with smaller local companies."
Old AC location in front of gate and next to pool equipment. Client opted to extend the lineset and electrical saving a lot of money instead of running new power and lines.

"I replaced one HVAC unit through Lee s Air last spring. From the initial quote to project completion everyone I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and provided updates along the way, arrived each day on time, and cleaned up the mess as they worked. I not only replaced a unit, but had to have two vents replaced, all ducting replaced, and my return vent doubled in size. I was pleased with how quickly them completed the task and that everyone I spoke with, in person and over the phone, knew the details of the job throughout the process. I m now finishing a winter inspection with the company and cannot say enough about how great this company is to work with. I highly recommend Lee s Air to anyone looking for quality and professionalism in a business choice."

"First off Aaron showed up on time for initial meeting. He brought a wealth of information- listened to what we wanted and explained some very important aspects of the job to us. He answered all questions and offered good financing choices to make this happen. No hard sell, did not try to sell us oversized unit or brand that did not fit our needs. Very easy to contract with and extremely detailed. Booking an install date was easy and willing to work with our hectic schedules. They know their business and are the best company for any HVAC job."

Heating and Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

You should flush your AC drain line once every three months to keep it clear of debris and buildup. Keeping your AC drain line clean prevents clogs, backups, mold growth, and extra wear on your AC unit. If you live in a humid area or have several furry pets, up your cleaning schedule to once a month.

It is normal for the attic to be hotter than the rest of the house in the summer, but only by about 10 or 20 degrees. Attics that aren’t properly insulated or ventilated can reach temperatures of 130 degrees or more which can cause damage to the home’s structure, including the roof, wood framing, and HVAC system.

If your drain line is clogged, your AC might stop cooling, shut down, or refuse to turn on at all. Otherwise, you might see your AC leaking water, find standing water or water damage near the unit, or notice a musty smell coming out of your air conditioner or vents.

Water buildup in your HVAC system is a cause for alarm. If water accumulates in your ductwork, it can drastically lower your home's air quality and create safety hazards. These risks include mold growth, damage to your HVAC system, and attracting pests that are seeking water into your ducts. Proper insulation and sealing of ducts can prevent this, and regular inspection and maintenance can address water damage problems before they become too severe.

Not if you have a standard unit. Because portable AC units actually work to dehumidify the room, you’ll likely need to drain the unit from time to time—but you won’t have to put water into it. There is, however, another type of air conditioner called a swamp cooler that requires water to operate. If you have a swamp cooler, you may need to fill a reservoir with water and potentially ice. But a swamp cooler is different from a standard portable AC unit.
