I highly recommend Authority Heating & Air Conditioning. David quickly figured out the problem was a wiring short in the AC unit, fixed it. My AC had been out for 3 weeks during 2 extreme heat events (first 3 weeks of July 2023): Fidelity National Home Warranty sent Allright Mechanical to diagnose issue, they said it was the Zone Control system, which wasn't covered by my warranty. I did my own troubleshooting, figured out the problem was not the Zone Control, but something in the AC system. Tried to get Allright Mechanical back via Fidelity, appointment was canceled with no explanation. Got an appointment with Authority within 4 working days and David fixed the problem within 1 hour.

"It is concerning that I have just received this and could not respond sooner. I am so sorry you were so disappointed in our service to only give us a rating of a C when we never have serviced your home. However at the same time it could have been worse I guess. I hope you had a wonderful experience with the company you chose as well as the energy you are saving. We are Blessed as a small family owned business to have the clients we do have and will never take that for granted. Again, thank you for at least giving our family a "C" rating. We are greatful and hope you all have a wonderful and greatful holiday season. Pray for those in Northern and Sothern California for the struggles themselves and their families are going through.
