Started off good as he came out on the same day I requested service for my Mom's air conditioner. I live out of town and was trying to help her get some service for her air conditioner. He placed a new thermostat control panel on the wall. He checked if air was coming out before he left but the house never cooled down. The next day I called to let him know that the air conditioner was still not working. His response was "It was working when I left". He finally came out three days later late in the evening after 7 pm. He never tried to call me or ring the doorbell when he arrived to let me know he was going to work on the AC unit. My Mom called him that night to ask if he was ever coming. He said he had been there already and left a bill on my door. I went to my door and found a bill for $240 which I never authorized or agreed to pay. He claimed he didn't know what number to call because he had too many numbers but my Mom had been calling him and communicating with him all that day. He said he rang the doorbell but my Mom had was home all day. I'm unsure how something he was so adamant about being fixed required an additional $240 worth or work. He was very unprofessional. Typically you don't perform services without the home owner's permission and they may not be able to afford it. My Mom still doesn't know how to work the panel or what she needs to do to get the AC to work right.

He is punctual, courteous and explains everything. He work is top notch. Last year I had an electrical short that "fried" a part he had replaced 6 months earlier. The electrical issue had nothing to do with his earlier work but he replaced the part at no cost saying it was covered by warranty. I recommend him to all of my friends
