"Perfect Star sent a technician out to assess my HVAC issue. and it turned out to be my ducts had been torn apart by critters getting into my crawl space and trying to nest. I got a crawl space cleanup crew to address that problem but Martin (my HVAC technician) told me about an air purifier that could be installed to my HVAC units. He installed those for me right away and they are working great."

"I have an old floor furnace that needed to meet PGE standards before gas could be turned back on. He insured that it was and re established gas flow. Hardly anyone would touch it and I was without it for over 2 years. Not only did Matt fix it within an hour, but also restored electrical power in my garage in a separate issue. Highly recommended. Not cheap, but if you want quality, Kazen HVAC is a name you can trust to get it done right in a most expeditious manner."

"Devin was very informative and patient in explaining the different types of furnaces and how they work."

"The technician arrived on time and did a great job!"

"Tony was knowledgeable and explained the step by step service to be performed and why it was important to a heating system for efficiency and general maintenance. I thought the price was not inexpensive. However, I chose Ramirex Duct Cleaning due to Tony's presentation. Tony and his 2 assistants were neat, efficient and careful. My 24 year old furnace blade system and 10 vents were cleaned as well as the dryer and vent system within 3 years. Tony took before and after pictures of each phase of the operation which was impressive."

"Air Concept quoted me a very reasonable price on cleaning 2 wall furnaces at a duplex recently. I had one other quote before for an outrageous price. Charles, the owner, was very honest about the work that involve- only vacuuming off the dust inside the furnace basically. The two employees were punctual and courteous. I thought they would include vacuuming or wiping down the furnace cover as part of the cleaning. They did after I asked about it, so they did one cover at the 2nd unit. That's why I took off half a star. Other than that, I am satisfied with their work and would recommend their service again."

"Went above & beyond in service. Got the Furnace replaced, brought space heaters for the occupants, Got it done quickly & left no mess. Redid the duct work and worked well with the occupant. Thought this type of service did not exist anymore. Was pleased how quickly Furnace was replaced ."
