It was a simple condenser connection issue so only paid the initial consultation fee...would definitely use and recommend these guys again for any of my HVAC needs."

If there was better communication with the install process it would be helpful. HVAC is a large purchase with little to show for it because its in the basement or attic so the better informed you are will make it more comfortable.
