"I have been a customer of Lee's Air for several years. I have them perform regular maintenance on my heater and AC. It came time to replace the very old units I had. I spoke to the manager Tyson Freeman and he introduced me to Aaron Husak who advises and configures the units. Aaron came to my home and examined the old system and fully explained the options and costs. I chose the new system. Justin Howard called me the next day and scheduled the installation for the next Monday. They were willing to fit the install to my schedule. Justin kept me informed of the project timeline. Alexander Cisneros and Jesus Echeverria came early Monday morning and got right to work. Anthony Madrid soon joined them and reviewed the project and made sure everything was right. Pedro Cervantes came a little later and provided installation counsel and assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The installation went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. Alex and Jesus answered any questions I had about the equipment or installation. They were neat and tidy. They explained how the system worked and how to operate it. Everyone was positive and happy in the tasks they had. I will continue to use their services for maintaining my HVAC system."

"Excellent. First, we spoke to Jesse about the product and made an appointment for a free walk through of our home. Jeremy came out and spent hours with us explaining what areas of our home needed to be insulated. He had this great tool which be infrared light, could show the hot and cold areas of the walls. That, and living in such a hot house, were all we needed to decide to go ahead with Clear Efficiency. In the end, our house is now so much cooler. Insulating was the answer for us! "Dispactcher easily accomodated my schedule. Dispatcher asked for 4 hour window, I asked for 3, tech showed up in 75 minutes from start of window.
$85 initial visit fee. I assumed, because I didn't ask, it was applied to the total work to be done, but maybe it was.

Tech was friendly and had both plumbing and HVAC experience, a big plus. Tech said in these circumstances, the company likes to book techs that have both experience so one call takes care of problem. Identified the problem, had the parts to fix the leak in HVAC condensation drain that we both suspected. Described what he suspected, got my sig for estimate, and showed the leak in the system before proceeding. Showed me the hack job the previous installer did, described clearly they didn't do drywall work, cut a clean hole in drywall, instructed on a quick way to patch that worked!. Excellent craftsmanship replacing kinked plastic hose with copper, and an easy clean out for future clogs.

Tech talked positively about his experience with employer. Wore shoe coverings in our less than pristine house. Top flight job. I wish it was $275 instead of $360+ but leak stopped and very pleased. I will call them again, and take lunches instead of eating out for 3 weeks."
