I was told the first year would be included in the 16K contract price, but apparently, that was an empty promise. I am deeply disappointed. I had hoped to keep Brower Mechanical on as my "go to" HVAC company. As a matter of principle this simply isn't an option. My advice, make sure you get all promises in writing. Case in point, we had Daniel come out to do our summer A/C maintenance. Daniel discovered that coils were bad and leaking coolant. We received our quote for the parts and repair. The cost was estimated at $3k (ouch!) Parts were ordered and Daniel came out within a weeks' time.
