Clear Efficiency

Jesse came out to diagnose our leaky window and spent several hours going over it, our insulation level (turns out its pretty good) and other places where we were losing efficiency. His FLIR tool proved the window turned out not to need fixing. I am glad I asked him to come as I would have probably paid another company for a costly new window I didn't need.

I met Jesse (owner) at the Auburn home. After setting an appt., he showed up on time as promised (can t say that for a lot of other companies). We reviewed what I wanted done which I appreciated because I ve had others suggest what they wanted done instead. He physically went up into my attic to access my old and inefficient insulation, including video recording it. He also spent time looking at my old windows (1980 s style) that I was also looking to replace. Jesse came up with the cost which was thousands of dollars cheaper then the several other estimates I have received. After agreeing on moving forward, Jesse played an active part in the entire project. He even provided me with his cellular number and always got back to me when any questions arose. The workers who came to install the insulation were very friendly and professional (I continuously talked to them, probably annoyingly). They took their time to assure that everything was done as promised and I even double checked their work. The next part of the project included a new slider and several windows. Jesse was on scene throughout the window installation and the final product was fabulous. Craftsmanship was impeccable and the windows and slider look great. Even after the project was complete, Jesse has contacted me to assure full satisfaction was met. I would recommend Clear Efficiency to anyone.

Clear Efficiency recently upgraded the insulation in my attic. The job was completed as per contract. The installation crew was on time and very courteous. I'm very pleased with the quality of the insulation. Jesse, the owner was great to work with. I highly recommend using Clear Efficiency.

Attic was air gap sealed first, before added blown insulation. I immediately noticed that the interior stayed cooler during the day without a/c. Jesse the owner was great with estimating and evaluating need. No pressure, just honest info. He was on site during job documenting and sharing progress. Very impressed with service and quality.

Jesse made the process from start to finish a breeze. He communicated with us every step of the way so we knew exactly what to expect. On the install date, he was there with his crew to help facilitate the process and answer any questions we might have for him. His crew were professional, polite and did an excellent job! We plan on using this company when we update our Whole House Fan, too. I’ve recommended them to everyone who will listen.

I had a great experience with Jesse and his team. They were prompt in addressing my request to have two windows replaced quickly. The quality, technology, and customer service were all excellent. I plan to hire them again!!
