"Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround."

"Christopher was very helpful, he guide me through all the process of making a plan for the city. He was very patient with me through the project. Overall I was very satisfied with the project."

"It was fantastic! They came a month prior and gave an estimate, were right on target and didn't charge for anything else. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were just the nicest bunch of people. They did such a nice job, the front of the house looks so natural now. I can't say enough good things about them and we will definitely be calling them again for anything we need."

"Working with David was seamless. He did what he said he was going to do, was on time with his work and the work was exceptional. He needed to work with an engineer to get certain specialized part of my garage to pass with the city but i got approved from the City of Sacramento for my garage rebuild on the first try ! ! I will be working with David in the future and highly recommend him."

Ashs expertise and attention to detail truly transformed my living space into an architectural masterpiece. From the initial design phase to the final execution, Ash demonstrated remarkable patience, friendliness, and knowledge. His ability to understand my vision and translate it into a functional, aesthetically pleasing reality is a testament to his skill and dedication. I highly recommend Ash and his architecture company for anyone seeking a professional who not only delivers exceptional results but also makes the entire process enjoyable. My home is now a testament to Ashs creativity and commitment to excellence."

"My extensive project entailed new sod, irrigation, plantings and rock in the front yard. In the back yard, demo of a small patio, and pouring of a huge decorative concrete surface, plus new sod and irrigation. I plan to hire Alex next year to revamp the flower beds in the back as that piece had to wait. Alex and his team were absolutely outstanding. Attention to detail, such as the drainage system, and overall expertise resulted in a complete transformation. Pricing was competitive. Alex was very pleasant to work with. He listens and offers professional guidance. I highly recommend Hermanos Flores Gardening."

"Our kitchen remodel with McCormick Home Builders went beyond our expectations. Leoni and her team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The open layout design changed the way we use the space, and it’s been perfect for family gatherings. They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. Really impressed!"

"Michael and his team were incredibly professional. They remodeled two of our bathrooms, including doubling the square footage in our master suite. Michael stood behind his work and insured. We were fully satisfied with the product. Throughout every stage of the process, he kept a clean and tidy, worksite, and was respectful of our families time and space. We’ve referred Michael to many of our friends because of the great work and professionalism he exuded on the job. We plan on using Michael and his team for our kitchen makeover later this year."
