"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait.  I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace.
It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool.  It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace.  Wish I had done it years ago!
The technician was early and efficient.  Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done.  Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.

"Mike and his team at Ashler Fireplace and Chimney are exceptional! We purchased a direct vent gas fireplace to install in our mid century modern home. We purchased the unit but had trouble finding a contractor that could manage the detailed installation required -- additional supports in the attic, a steel frame and non combustable chase, then a custom modern looking hearth. We had a photo of what we wanted the finished install to look like.....and not much else. Mike and his team came in and managed the process, and us, like pros. Every detail was considered, they took great care to protect the house from debris and dust during construction and the final project looked exactly as we had hoped for. Gary Bracher came out in the summer and measured the fireplace and gave me an estimate of the work to be done and the cost. I called Gary a couple of weeks ago and informed him that I would like to proceed with the work we had discussed. He gave me a date he could start the work and we agreed regarding the start date and price quoted.

Gary is a professional and very meticulous regarding his work. He made sure that protective sheeting was placed on the floor from the entryway to the fireplace. He did the cutting of the brick in the driveway and all went as planned except the original gas pipe had to be replaced and the bottom brick had to be brought in from LA. He took care of everything in a timely manner and completed the job ahead of schedule. Gary cleaned all the glass door surfaces that were stained from years of wood fires. The fireplace looks great and definitely heats the room!

"I called Yurik early in the morning and he answered all my questions very professionally and was very nice. We agreed on a price for all the parts and labor and within 2 hours he was at my house working on the Air Conditioning unit.  He was dressed professionally and didn't smell bad. All the work was done within a 4 hour period and they left my house just the way it was when they first came in. Yurik was fast to respond, did the work fast, and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend him o anyone needing Air Condition repair.

"I booked the appointment two weeks out, and without having to confirm the appointment, Rich showed up early, was very friendly, and got right to work.  He installed the gas log set in our fireplace very quickly, and even painted some of the exposed brass fittings black so they wouldn't stand out or distract from the logs.  He was very helpful with questions we had, and offered some free solutions to update the look of our fireplace doors (why the builder chose to install fireplace doors with tacky gold trim I will never know).  He told us to have the lines inspected every 5 years or so, just to make sure there were no leaks.
 He is now my go-to guy for all things chimney-related.

"Excelent work and expertise all around.  From the first inspection I had a good feeling about them.  This is not a company out to make a quick buck on the latest home improvement fad.  This is a company of fireplace experts with a passion for preservation and repairs.
The work istself took about a week.  Some of the special cement used to repair the flue tiles was on special order from the east coast.  All materials they used were from the US.  They knew what they were doing.
You should contact them if you love your fireplace and want it cleaned or repaired properly.  I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
A few weeks after the repairs are done, the lead inspector comes back out to do another thorough review, with cameras and all.  He will fix anything that is not 100% to his liking.
This  company IS the real deal.
