Got the job done complety trust these men, first they didnt try to impress me with big words didnt tell me the sky was falling, they are matter of fact less talk more right to the point, not afraid to get their hands dirty like one of the otber companies that sent someone Tbat by looking at him wasn't about to work plumbing but work me for the $. a confidence man I was looking for a plumber and I found the Burris Brothers excellent, they worked well together and are kind and soft spoken, Not like the bombastic salesmen trying to impress me who pose as plumbers and who think that being loud pushy and better than everyone who is a prospective customer who likes being pushed around. I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. I have a four unit apartment complex in Lemert Park and there was a major water blockage in the main water line that caused it to back up in the two downstairs units. This was on a late Saturday evening and because I have worked with Burris Brothers Plumbing in the past, whether heating or plumbing issues, he has always answered the call and has always been able to quickly rectify the problem. This case was no different, except the fact that it was on a late Saturday night and he was able to respond quickly and get there first thing Sunday morning and was able to fix the problem with complete satisfaction. I cannot thank him enough for all the work he has done for us over the years. When you need someone who can resolve an issue, take care of the problem and do so in a timely manner, Burris Brothers Plumbing and Heating are the ones to call. They are very professional, very trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Could not ask for better service.

They came out promptly, which was great, because I was unable to use my kitchen sink. They fixed the problem (replaced the rusted garbage disposal) for a reasonable fee without any upselling. It can be very difficult to get Angie's List providers to make calls in South Los Angeles, even when it is advertised as being within their area. It was nice to work with a local company that was glad to have my business. I would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Their employee named Bud came out and observed what the problem was and instantly knew which tool to use and fixed the problem in ten minutes.

After finding the Burris Bros on Angie’s List a year ago, we have used them ever since for our plumbing needs. They are very reliable and responsive and do excellent work. They go above and beyond and have very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend.

The gents from Burris were excellent. When I called to have them check our water heater and furnace, they were very responsive. I was concerned that they might not be able to make it out the same day as I was calling in the later part of the afternoon, but they said that they could come that day at 3:30pm. Needless to say, at 3:30 on the dot, they were pulling up to our driveway. That in itself is impressive! They greeted me courteously, didn't chitchat or waste time, but went straight to work checking on the water heater (which had gotten wet during our last big rain), and soon diagnosed the problem. The burner had water in it. Since I was not over their shoulder watching, they certainly could have said I needed a new burner assembly, a new thermocouple, valve control unit, or all three (since those got wet as well) - all of which would have made them more money in parts and labor. Instead, they dumped the water, cleaned and dried out the burner, and got us going again. They even let us know that there might be a future issue with the ignitor, but that as it dried out, it would probably work just fine (they could have just charged us to replace it when it didn't necessarily need to be). They were ethical, actually did troubleshooting to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts, and ended up charging very reasonably for their labor. They looked at the furnace as well, said they couldn't really get to a thorough exam right away, but contacted one of their associates who could. They went above and beyond in doing so. They could easily have said they needed to come back later - thus saving the job for themselves. Instead, they got us together with someone else, even though it cost them the $$ they would have gotten by keeping that job for themselves. They showed they were more concerned with making sure the customer got what they needed instead of keeping the money and the job. THIS is how a company gets repeat business! I highly recommend Burris Brothers, and will use them again for future plumbing and heating needs.

I called and spoke with Kenny and he was able to send his workers out the same day, very prompt! I told him over the phone what I needed done because I was not home. The workers went and did some of the work that I requested and missed 1 thing. I called Kenny back and he said he would come out himself on Monday to check the job out. He came back Monday and completed job, Everything was done perfectly! Very professional, I would use them again for future work .

Fantastic service--just fantastic. The indoor sink looks great and the outdoor sink is sturdy and all of them work like dream. And the plumbers were super professional and fun to work with. Definitely recommended.
