"Scheduling was a little challenging as they seem to be busy but it was worth the wait.  I love my new, awesome, fire and ice fireplace.
It provides all of the heat while looking amazing and cool.  It really updated an old, kinda neglected fireplace.  Wish I had done it years ago!
The technician was early and efficient.  Communication went well and he tidied up after he was done.  Even through the heavy, filthy, old gas logs away.

I was literally almost resigned to a huge 12 K problem and canâ t express how grateful I am that Geremi didnâ t give up and succeeded at unclogging this drain, and that I was able to see with his camera that the pipe was not, in fact, done.
