Very courteous and efficient

Power Pro installed a water heater for me. They scheduled and completed the work very quickly. They were very responsive in communication with me. However, they recommended a water heater that would not have been suitable for my volume of use and would have been inefficient. That required two changes in the work. Fortunately I was paying attention, and they cheerfully did the changes. In addition, I authorized a partial payment on my credit card to start the work. When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. So, in the end, they were very fast and pleasant, and they did good plumbing, but it was a bit of a struggle. I recommend them and would use them again, but you have to pay attention.

They got the job done, a leak in our street supply under the sidewalk, and we are grateful. But the job went over the original estimate by not a small amount once it was started. What do you do then? Midway Also, they tried upselling constantly. And at the end I solved the ?new leak? myself by contacting our pool contractor and shutting off the ?pool autofill? in the backyard. I am not a plumber. Their tech wanted to dig up the newly installed pool concrete to find a problem that I, the client, solved in 3 minutes. Not happy. Caveat emptor.

A little pushy, but helped me get away from my other plumber. No issues so far. On time and did the job right.

I was hustled into a deal so-called that they had for the day which was $99 for complete cleaning and declogging my bathroom tub drain. And as well they were adding to the deal a camera inspection of that pipe to make sure that it was in good working order. The guy came was rushing through the whole thing I have been through this before so I know how it needs to be done and all she did was the least possible to get the water to move down the drain and now in a couple days it is going to be backed up again and I am out $99 he did not do any other of the promised work that they said was part of the deal and I do not think I am going to see any of it accomplished. Not to mention if it is $99 and you handle 100 and they walk out the door without giving you that dollar change just goes to show you he was in and out of here in 20 minutes for a hundred bucks I will not be using them again definitely.

Everyone that came out was friendly enough, but WOW, took them at least 5 guys (I stopped counting at 5) and 5 days to clear the line (I was without the use of the bathroom, and pretty much water for all that time). It was like a short Training seminar each day (at our expense), except it took them days to find the sewer line. A few hours this day, an couple the next...5 DAYS. It was not a pleasant experience. And a revolving door of plumbers. ONE example (of my frustration): And when I am told one day that the tech will be out between 8 and 9 a.m. the next morning - and at 8:20 he has not even shown up at the office, and is not at the job site until after 9:20 a.m. it is not right do not give me a line about how much time it takes to get there], I had to stay home from work for that.

Good job installing water heater. But problems controlling tempature on water heater. Water is too cold or too hot.o
