Good customer service. Reasonable price. Whole house fumigation is a total pain, which has nothing to do with the company, but is going more to the termites.

I really value the professionalism and prompt service offered by Termite Science. The annual contract I’ve had for my home gives me peace of mind that I am protecting it and get a level of service that’s unmatched. Christopher is passionate and thorough and he and Manny are careful and thoughtful in their work, taking care to see the dogs are safe. Michael and Trish in the office are friendly, gracious and responsive. I am always so glad I found Termite Science and continue to work with them.

It was the best service ever, they were efficient,professional honest. I was so blessed to have chosen their company. I will continue to use there services. They are very transparent in what they say and with the job they do. Their company is legit and best thing is that itâ s a family owned business. I would suggest that if you are looking for a company that will give you and overall good service they are the ones to give you that.

Very thorough with the inspection and they explained what was needed for the home. Love that they offered to return as many times as needed once windows and roof is removed for further fumigation, for the same price.

Showed up at site and went right into evaluation of property. Truthful in what was needed for this SFR. No holes poked into roof overhang with prod, which was appreciated. Presented a through review of what treatment was required. No up sale or pressure to purchase unnecessary remedies. While Christopher seems professional, it is a ruse. This is a general contractor that sprung the use of subcontractor just upon signing of the contract. While there understandably can be damage around building parameters, there was no reason for damages to hardscape (not landscape) 3-4 feet away. Requested clean up of trash and excess mounds of dirt 3-4 feet away from foundation. Also note sure of mounds of dirt on $10k Lynx pro grill not even on house foundation. Gate to property was broken in multiple places. Sub contractor sent back out to fix unsuccessfuly twice and then Chris wanted his money. Insisted I pay 3% more for non disclosure of credit card fee rather than provide a discount for damage, nor make it right. Landscape barrier now requires removal and reinstall and expensive black river rock reinstall. U.S. Superior is subcontractor. Also, walked into house without booties tracking dirt everywhere and was using toilet without any permission. Unprofessional and first unfortunate Angi experience. Suggested his brother called me as really pushed a family business. Have not heard yet! They do not seem to back their work. My 1 year guarantee doesn?t seem to be worth much as any additional work would likely cause more extensive damage.

Termite Science people did a through inspection of our properties foundation, house structure, and attic. They showed us where the termite infestations were located and gave us recommendations for treatment. They were always willing to answer our questions with simple understandable explanations. Their service was professional, personable, and completed to our satisfaction on time.
