"This was a small landscaping job for placing ribbon/ synthetic grass between concrete that was already poured. The team was fast, friendly professional, and gave a great price. They did an amazing job! I highly recommend for any of your landscaping needs."

"Isaac, Rudy and their crews are INCREDIBLE. This is my second job experience with them involving both artificial turf installation and pavers/brick work. They do superior work, are the most honest, transparent and upfront with their contracts and performance (compared to all bidders I was able to receive bids from), and delivered as and even above what they promised to do on a timely basis. Hats off to Supervisor Leo for his commitment to doing a great job and marvelous paver work. My first job was in 2021 with them, at a price of about $35,000+, with the second job in the second half of 2022 at $18,000. Worth every penny!!! If you want assurance that your paver and artificial turf work will be excellent quality, done by committed professionals who will work with you to make you a "happy camper", bring your project to completion in a timely manner and be very reasonable in their pricing, this is the company you want to deal with!"

"You don?t expect a landscaping guy to care as much as Erix and his crew did. Every detail of the sprinkler install was done thoroughly, he double-checked all the zones, made sure coverage was even, and walked me through the whole system. And he didn?t try to upsell me on stuff I didn?t need. Refreshing! I?d work with him again in a heartbeat!!!"

Landscaping questions, answered by experts

When planting, it's best to leave several feet between a house and a juniper bush. Many juniper varieties will become quite bushy and require space to grow. Juniper branches that come into contact with siding can damage the home's exterior over time. Also, some juniper bushes have aggressive roots that can put pressure on a home's foundation or basement walls.

You should exercise care when deciding how to landscape over a leach field for your septic system. You typically want lightweight materials that won’t damage the drain field’s perforated pipes. When adding plants to the area, select plants with shallow roots, such as grass or flower gardens. Trees with deep roots could damage the pipes in the field.

Pavers are one of the most affordable methods of creating an elevated outdoor space. Gravel is an equally affordable alternative. If your budget permits, you can look into building a permeable driveway to ensure proper drainage. Grid pavers, pervious concrete, brick, and brick pavement are all effective materials. Permeable driveways are great options, especially if you live in an area with heavy rainstorms.

A scattering of leaves won’t pose a problem through the winter, but a thicker layer of leaves may not decompose before the first frost and can instead weigh down your grass and harbor mold or fungi. A thick layer of leaves also cuts off light and air that grass needs to grow. That’s why we suggest removing thick leaf layers within several days if possible. If your lawn goes dormant over the winter and snow has already caught up with you, then remove the leaves in early spring before your grass-growing season starts so your lawn can thrive.

There are some instances when you can use extra drywall in your garden. Ideally, unused scraps of new drywall are best for amending soil without the concern of additional chemicals or mold. However, drywall with paint, mold, or potential asbestos requires specialized disposal by a professional and should be kept out of your garden.
