"I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. Counsil used a price master and a detailed contract, the other contractor gave me verbal price which became opaque. I use Counsil when i need quality work that meets inspection specifications and am willing to pay for it."

I was pleased at the completion of the project though I found out later the cost was more than other plumber services would have charged for the same work. That said, the service was started within hours of my call for assistance & completed about an hour after the plumber started, though he predicted it would take 2 hours. Plumber was clean, courteous, efficient, a good listener, great problem solver and successful in fixing the plumbing issue. Thank you for your good work Sugar Bear Plumbing."

"Found that the dispenser was damaged inside.  Could not fix.  Had to come back the next morning to fix leaking under the sink due to the work on the dispenser.  Re routed the water line so that we would still have water to the refrigerator but the join leaked so I had to turn it off at the valve.  The rerouting meant that I could not push back the sliding shelf that holds the supplies.  Had to remove it to be able to close the cabinet door.
