They recommended a good solution for the occasional shallow flooding in the garage (installing a sump pump) They started soon after we submitted the request and they did a good job. Most importantly, the pump kept the garage dry through our seemingly endless rains this winter. There are 2 reasons I rate the job with 4 stars rather than 5. (1) The job did not pass the city’s inspection and a critical connection had to be reconfigured (after which it passed) and (2) there was some weirdness around payment on the last day of the actual work (before the inspection) in which the crew seemed unwilling to leave without a check and then were slowly driving around the neighborhood afterwards. When I brought this up with my contact at the company, he denied that the van was theirs (which it definitely was) and didn’t really explain or defuse the bad feeling this created. But … they did a good job and in this day and age that’s really important and can’t be taken for granted. I recommend this company with the suggestion that paperwork, permitting, terms of payment etc should be clearly settled in advance.

The person in charge was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions. The understandings about scheduling and the type of work to be done were resolved quickly and professionally. The final work done was neat and professional.

I live alone, so finding a plumber you’re comfortable with entering your home is hard! Especially finding someone that does amazing and consistent work. These are my go to people, I’ve had leak and drainage issues and they’re right on top of it. If you’re looking for a great plumber, this is definitely my recommendation!

In a time when customer service is almost non-existent, along comes Robert. His knowledge, kindness, patience and understanding went above and beyond what I have experience in the past few years. It was a Saturday night and after realizing I had no hot water I went on Angi's List and Robert was the first to respond. After talking through the issue and offering to walk me through the problem, he must have heard the stress and despair in my voice because he asked where I was located. After realizing that he was just a few minutes away he said that he would be able to come take a look at the problem. Through all of my stressful comments, he reassured me that everything would be OK. Within 10 minutes he was there. He took a look at the water heater and even helped looking into the warranty in case the problem could not be fixed. After a few minutes of checking things out, he took a look at some other things that could affect it. After another 5 minutes, he said that he had figured out the problem. He explained what happened, how it happened, at what to do if it happened again. I was so relieved that this was not a major issue and was so grateful for his patience that he showed during the entire visit. I have not had customer service like this in I don't know how long. The patience and kindness he showed when explaining everything was absolutely amazing and the knowledge that he offered was even better. His demeaner for someone in his field is something that I have not experienced in a very very long time. My 7 year daughter was even drawn to him and felt comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. He is a very personable person and was excellent with his service. He made what could have been a disastrous Saturday night turn into something that gave me a sigh of relief at the end. I highly recommend calling Facilities Plumbing 110% if they are able to provide the service that you need. If the other technicians that come to your home are any where near the way Robert was with providing the knowledge of the problem and the kindness and patience he showed, you can't go wrong.
