"Excellent move! These guys coped really well with changing requirements and a more-difficult-than-anticipated move. They were honest about everything, and handled our stuff with care. They spent like 2x the time they expected to and still counted the hours in our favor. An item got broken during the trip and they were quick to point it out and they will repair or replace it. Always get insurance! There was no damage to either building during the move. I think that the dispatcher might have underestimated the scale of the job a little bit (I know that we underestimated, too, so part of that might be our fault), so the truck they dispatched for this move was just slightly too small so it was a bit cramped. That's no problem for us, but if you're planning on moving, maybe try and be extra generous with your estimate."

"We used Hauling Moses for the second time in a year last week and it was, once again, an amazing experience. We didn't plan to move twice in a year... but sometimes life throws you a curve ball. We had a great experience with Hauling Moses moving our entire 2 bedroom apartment from San Francisco down the peninsula, so we reached out again to discuss this move. Once again Tommy responded within an hour of us filling out the form, and Moses came down to take a look right away. This was a smaller in-town move, so we felt confident being able to move a lot of the little stuff ourselves. Moses gave us a very reasonable quote and we knew if we could move more stuff ourselves it might even cost less. They were even flexible with us moving our date up earlier with 24 hrs notice, which made the move so much more convenient on our end. The crew showed up on time, and with a great attitude they moved all the heavy stuff we couldn't manage ourselves. The best part: the move was faster than Moses predicted and so they charged us less. When do you hear about a company who charges less than they quoted?? That's what you can expect from these guys. Totally fair and upfront about everything. I would have them move my grandmother if she needed it. Highly recommend!!"
