He took the time to verify my plumbing problem by video taping my water leakage of my bathtub drain pipe with his phone through the broken spaces in the ceiling. He returned the next day with Eduardo, assistant, to complete repair with pipe replacement of old bathtub drain pipes. "I recommend In & Out because they installed a new water heater the same day I called them -- this is key, of course; nobody wants to be without hot water for any length of time. However, the price was a gouge. The fact that many plumbers are charging ridiculously high prices for their services and especially water heaters smacks of price fixing and collusion. The plumbers were polite and seem to have done a good job as there have been no leaks or failures so far (10 days)."
