He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. He has the years of experience needed to do great work. In addition, he has excellent communication (keeping us updated and informed) and is punctual and professional. Really, everything you hope for when seeking out a plumber or any contractor. We have zero complaints and only praise, very affordable, and have already shared his contact info with family members because we are just that enthusiastic. Sure, they may not need plumbing NOW, but they will some day. Two thumbs WAY up."

I was pleased at the completion of the project though I found out later the cost was more than other plumber services would have charged for the same work. That said, the service was started within hours of my call for assistance & completed about an hour after the plumber started, though he predicted it would take 2 hours. "I recommend In & Out because they installed a new water heater the same day I called them -- this is key, of course; nobody wants to be without hot water for any length of time. However, the price was a gouge. The fact that many plumbers are charging ridiculously high prices for their services and especially water heaters smacks of price fixing and collusion. The plumbers were polite and seem to have done a good job as there have been no leaks or failures so far (10 days)."
