"We were always dreaming about a new kitchen that will be bigger then what we had in the past that we can entertain our guests. We had several estimates from contractors that told us that we cannot enlarge our kitchen because our property is on a hill side then we saw a sign in the neighborhood of U.S Home Developers and we were thinking let’s take one more estimate before we would start looking into buying a new home we met Tom that weekend and we were amazed from how knowledgeable and experienced he was Tom gave us ideas that no one else mentioned before to us. We hired him to start just with blueprints for retaining walls excavation and building a room edition Tom helped us and he guided us threw all the designs process with lots of patience and many good ideas. We were working with a budget and Tom always had the best ideas how to make it happen in our budget after our plans were approved. We started to take bids for the actual job just for us to feel more comfortable. We knew that we were going to hire Tom with U.S Home Developers but we wanted to see two more guys before we committed to the big project. When we took those bids we immediately saw the difference Tom was much more experienced in those types of jobs we finally hired him for the big project and we can’t thank him enough he delivered everything he promised and more. Tom and his crew was always patient and extremely conscience with his work and with our property.
