Great experience. Prompt, professional, service and work. Bill from Buddy’s Plumbing and Rooter, Inc. was terrific. Work completed quickly and as promised.

I had a hot water pipe burst beneath my house. Buddy and John were a pleasure to work with. They explained the repair situation and offered multiple options to proceed. They worked with me and around my family to make sure that we were comfortable.

I was a bit surprised, and impressed, that Bill called me on a Sunday within a minute of hitting the "request a quote" button on ANGI. Quote was very reasonable, so I scheduled for a Tuesday repair. He had another job on Monday, which was relatively close, so he called to see if I wanted my job done a day early. Bill & Jonathan arrived when expected, and replaced my leaking hose bibb in about 30-40 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely call Buddy's Plumbing & Rooter with any future plumbing related issues I have.

Buddy was professional, knowledgeable, and clean. We had a main drain clog , I had to work and the wife stayed home. When I arrived home and had a private conversation with my wife , she was overjoyed w the customer service of buddy. Not only did he get the drains up and running he left us options on fixing the problem from the small fix all the way to the big solution. We got other quotes and to say buddy was the best priced is an understatement. Fast forward we did the big solution from start to finish, guys were clean, took care of my home , even put my grass back after backfilling the hole. Then my luck my water heater leaked overnight from the bottom of the tank. Buddy cut us a fair deal upgraded our water heater to code and gave us options on water filtration. I will never need another plumber thank you buddy and crew

I had Buddy install my new water heater, and he did a fantastic job! He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was smooth, and he took the time to explain how everything worked afterward. He was friendly and respectful, making the whole process stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Hired buddy’s plumbing and honestly one of the most genuine honest people I had ever hired. The work Buddy did was the most efficient and fast I had seen. I think the best part was how honest and up front buddy was from start to finish. It felt like I was hiring a family member with the way I was treated. I hope to never need a plumber again, but definitely wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Had my water heater leak in the middle of the night and the kids had school in the morning. It was an emergency due to it being so late. Called a few plumbers and them knowing I needed it fixed asap for the kids to shower before school I felt like they tried to take advantage of me. But I came across Buddys plumbing and they were very compassionate and understood how much I need it fixed. Beyond the exceptional work the price i paid beat all the other plumbers I've crossed. 100% recommend Buddy's plumbing!!!!!

I have had a leak above my garage for years and havent been able to find an honest reliable plumber. Bill was the only person that gave me an honest answer about what I needed done. I agreed and Bill came out the next day and switched out the pipes above the washer and dryer. Great honest people who give you the real deal are very rare to find. Im glad i came across Bill. He is my main go to guy from now on.

I was referred by a friend to Buddy's plumbing due to a leak problem. They were so accommodating and prompt. I really appreciated how professional and friendly they were. Thank you for taking care of us with such grace and genuinity!

First of all they arrived early and that is always a plus in my book. I was greeted with a big smile and good morning sir when I opened the door. Firm hand shake as Buddy introduced himself and then straight to business. He verified what I told them my issues were when I called and told me he would take care of my issues and he did just that. Very straight foward and no upsale B.S. I will definately use them again and refer them to my family and friends.

Bill was our tech, he was very knowledgeable on time and super honest not to mention the price I paid was remarkable. He traveled quite a ways to get to me but he said it was not a problem. Buddy and his team have helped me with a couple of huge projects recently: we did a bathroom remodel and needed to have the correct waterlines placed and his team also did a repipe of my whole house. In both jobs the crew was highly communicative, honest, and reliable. What I appreciated the most was how quickly and cleanly they did everything. I have always recommended Buddy for smaller projects as well - such as clogs & leaks, and every person I have recommend him to has had the same solid experience. Thank you Buddy!

Buddy came out when my house was almost flooding, apparently I had a Slab Leak and was lost in what to do. Buddy calmed me down and got to work, he is clean and professional, My Wofe was Happy. Thank you for your Help, Highly recommend

Buddy is the best plumber I have ever hired. Professional, kind, considerate and joy to work with. He will explain your plumbing issue in rudimentary terms and expeditiously fix your problem.

My mom found Buddy online and upon arrival the same day he was friendly and very informative on each of the steps and processes related to repaired my running toilets. He even helped with some cost saving advice. We will definitely call him again for our plumbing needs..

This pro was so efficient and meticulous in getting the repairs done for me... He did not overcharge me for the repairs or for any parts. And the best part is he wasn't a salesman, meaning, trying to sell me additional work just to get a bigger commission for the repairs he was doing for me.
