He reached out to me for scheduling since I was overwhelmed with having just moved in. It was good that I was flexible on timing so that he could come quickly to complete service and repairs. After cleaning the chimney, he cleaned everything up. There was no trace other than a few light soot smudges on the hearth. Ben was willing to make sure I was a satisfied customer and got everything taken care of. I will definitely be using Good Guys again next year "
