Excellent, hot air vented perfectly.

The technician was rude and uncooperative. This is the second time this has happened. He refused to give me a reasonable in which to show up. His requirements for an appointment were unreasonable. He wanted me to wait all day on a week day. When I tried to work things out with him, he said it was all my fault. He ended up telling me to find someone else for the service.

The owner got back to me quickly and we emailed several times, she answered all my questions quickly and clearly. The technician called me early in the morning because he had freed up early, but was fine when I couldn't move the appointment earlier. He showed up about 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment and we got started right away. I had ordered the dryer vent cleaning service at $198, although I was pretty sure that the vent needed to be replaced, not cleaned. The dryer venting was in a back area of our home, not easy to see... Not only did the connection between the dryer and the wall need replaced, but the whole length of the vent needed to be replaced. Old, sub code, twisting around, etc. The technician called his manager, they applied the $198 to replacing the whole venting structure -- probably 20 feet+ total, and charged me $183 more. The technician also made sure that the connection from the dryer to the wall allowed us to still open the doors to the laundry area, and gave me instructions on how to unhook it should anyone need to get back there again. I am very impressed with the quality of the service and professionalism.

In my opinion it went "terrific" and I highly recommend this company.

I'm very pleased with the service. I intend to use them again as I agreed to a service plan. I was not up sold. I inquired about any follow up and was advised of the service plan. I prefer these types of arrangements as I can keep a list of vetted providers for various home upkeep needs.

They had great concern making sure they didn’t mess anything up or leave a mess or anything when they wandered through the house. They cleaned after themselves. They checked all the connections and made sure nothing was sagging in or drooping. I don’t remember the price so I can’t say it. I am sure it was fine because my wife didn’t complain. They were very thorough and excellent in the work they did but it was the first time I had ever had it done. I was satisfied with everything they did. They were highly professional.

My clothes were taking forever to dry and I could actually hear water sloshing whenever the dryer was on. The fellow from Dryer Vent Wizard explained that the ducting that was on the dryer was only temporary and was so thin that the walls collapsed and were collecting pools of water. No wonder nothing was drying! He replaced the ducting with a sturdy metal type and my dryer has worked beautifully since.

Service performed and now perfect airflow from dryer to outside. Heating is strong and clothes dry much faster than before. Installer recommended cleaning and maintenance schedule, which we will follow up with this vendor. The installer was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Excellent. All-around great job. Professional, polite, thorough, clean. There was a scheduling conflict due to the New Year Day holiday, and on Friday at the hour of the appointment, we learned that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for Monday. The person scheduling apologized profusely; it was a simple mistake. The technician came on Monday at the beginning of the service window of time, and he was just wonderful. And the work was even better. It is so well done. We are more than delighted. Money well spent. Highly recommended for any dryer vent issue.

Fine. They came, looked at the dryers and the vents, and cleaned them.

They did great job. The technician was wonderful and very nice. Scheduling was great, they called to confirm the appointment as well he called when was on his way to our home. The only downside was that I had to wait an additional three weeks to have the part installed by a different company in order for my dryer to be in working order.

I was very pleased with their work. The price was reasonable for the service they performed. I was impressed that they did the work quickly and there were no issues when working with them.
