They staid until the job was finished even though it was dark and we had to use a flash light.

We needed an extensive project done for our large yard, including replacing the irrigation system, planting several new trees, weeding, fertilizing, and spreading fir bark mulch. We received 4 bids and chose Humberto because of his knowledge and his willingness to work for time and materials. (He was next to the highest bid). Humberto and his crew did a wonderful job! Our yard could be in Sunset Magazine now! He is very knowledgeable and he and his men work very hard, very long hours. They had to spread a mountain of fir bark, and they actually run with the wheelbarrow from place to place to get as much done as possible. Humberto is the best landscaper/gardener I have ever worked with, and if it were not for the fact that we feel an obligation to our current gardeners, I would want him to take care of our yard on a weekly basis.We will certainly hire him for future projects. I highly recommend him!

He never shows up. He came once and promised to come back.There have been several phone calls and dates made but he never has come back. I still owe him money. Too bad.

"With all the respect how do you want somebody to show up when you do not pay You irrigation was a mess you asked me to fix it I did fix it in less then one hour I did not charge you extra money at the same time we did the clean up a lots of leafs everywhere And no pay"

HE WAS PAID IN FULL AND NEVER RETURNED TO FINISH THE JOB. UPDATE 8/6/19: The owner was contacted, he did come out to the job site, he did finish the work that he bid on, and he credited my parents with the overage that they charged.

"you know I love mister Stanley your dad. I went back to finish the job plus I gave him back $400 out of the $800 he paid me I personal gave you the $400 in your hands with a recipe plus I took garbage to dump $150 for dumping plus I paid my helper Very sorry for the inconvenience."

Hard working crew. Based on my experience with other landscaping companies, Humberto's crews blew me away with their work ethic. They are dependable and I hope to continue using them for my huge landscaping needs post-fire. I was told they are $35.00 per hr, per person. They got there at 9:00 and was finished at 1:30 so that's ( 4 1/2 hrs) So $35.00 hr X 2 is $315.00 Then $100.00 to take grass to dumps which is a total of $415.00 should have been the total. ( I was charged $660.00) I asked 2 times if that total was right. Then he wanted the check made out to him and not the company, so I wonder if they are a legal company. I paid them and the work was ok. But what I was told for the hourly rate and what I was charged was $245.00 off .

"Hi Mr. Joe, You are right about the math but there is one issue. Our agreement wasn't hourly. You asked me for an estimate and I told you $660, dump included. I even wrote it down on my calendar in front of you and is on us if we bust our body just to finish fast. We got done everything that we talked about and that was the deal and yes, we are legal."

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
Very efficient and great quality of work. Did even more than I expected. In addition to removing large shrubs which is all I contracted for, my whole yard was cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased.
