Our relatively simple 10 panel install was at first planned to be on an area of the roof that was shaded for several prime hours. That was fixed and then we went through months of delay waiting while three different installers were contracted but failed, one after the other, to get permits or show up. I finally had to cancel the project completely, request a refund, and start again from scratch. I wish I had gone with my second choice from the beginning."
