"We had broken underground pipes that flooded ours and attached neighbors houses. We have a shared meter, with neighbors having their own shutoff, we did not. After 3 quotes, we felt most confident in Harry. He installed a shutoff valve for us, and now neighbors and us are not dependent on each other’s water. He then isolated and replaced the damaged pipes. He was able to do this without further damage to the house. He came in less than verbal quote and never tried to upsell, which was an issue with one of the other companies. We are very happy with Harry’s work, would highly recommend him."

"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"
