"Perfect Star sent a technician out to assess my HVAC issue. and it turned out to be my ducts had been torn apart by critters getting into my crawl space and trying to nest. I got a crawl space cleanup crew to address that problem but Martin (my HVAC technician) told me about an air purifier that could be installed to my HVAC units.
