"Thermostat was out for some reason. Technician spent half an hour testing. Went to the furnace and A/C unit open each and tested. Not sure what he did and went back upstairs to the thermostat. He didn't say a word until I asked him what was the problem. He said apparently a connection (electrical) was loose. He went on to continue his business then left."

I thought the price was not inexpensive. However, I chose Ramirex Duct Cleaning due to Tony's presentation. Tony and his 2 assistants were neat, efficient and careful. My 24 year old furnace blade system and 10 vents were cleaned as well as the dryer and vent system within 3 years. Tony took before and after pictures of each phase of the operation which was impressive."
