"Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating!
