Nicholas was my technician he quickly realized no power was going to the A/C compressor and checked the breaker panel to find that an electrician I had come out a few months ago cut the wires to my A/C. He was extremely professional and fixed the problem in a matter of 10 minutes to get my air up and running. I would recommend this company to anyone, excellent service!

During the bidding process, John, the owner, said they figure three days construction time for the two systems.  When we accepted their bid, we scheduled their work three weeks out because of scheduling conflicts with us.  On the Friday before they were to begin, we received a call to confirm they would be at our house between 8 & 9 on Monday.

At 8:20, the Right Now Air truck pulled up in front of our house, followed by the owner.  I showed the crew where the equipment was located along with the attic access.  The owner had a quick meeting and the two man crew was off and working.  They started pumping the refrigerant out of the old units, unloading the new equipment?  In the afternoon, a third man joined them to seal the registers.  By the end of the first day, the two A/C units had been set on their new pads, the downstairs furnace was set, and its plenum/air return sealed. 

The second day started at 8:30 with the same two man crew working on the upstairs furnace, removing the old one from the closet, sealing the plenum, fitting the new one into the closet.  By the end of the second day, both systems were running.

The third day started again at 8:30 with the crew on a tall ladder to reach the registers on our vaulted ceiling to seal them prior to the duct test.  They also got up in the attic to check the duct connections.  The testing engineer arrived at 9:00, testing both systems, showing the loss was down to 7.1% and 10.1%.  All work was done before noon. 

They left the areas they worked in very clean.  Some look better than they did before they worked in the area.  The old fiberglass type insulation around the air return in the garage had black spots from air leaks.  Now the return is sealed, neat and clean.

Everyone at Right Now Air has been professional, and wants to make the customer happy.  It?s great to have people do a job who enjoy their work  and know what they are doing.

We received 4 different bids. Right Now air was similar to others and we had worked with them in the past. They arrived on time. The installation took two days and is very tidy. They went to extra effort to make the current location work and not disturb new walls. Everything works well and we are very satisfied.

It went well. Matt makes himself available for questions. Follows protocol and completes a heat load calculation to confirm correctness of intended work. The quality of work performed is good, and it is apparent they care about their customers. I appreciate how much time they spent taking care of my concerns. A quality outfit mindful of maintaining their reputation in a competitive market.
