"We had to upgrade our old furnace and AC so we decided to look around and call a couple companies to come and give us a quote. We decided to go with Smart heating and air, their prices were upfront and fair. We got our systems installed in a very professional manner. All the technicians wore masks, they used foot covers and put down cloths to protect our floors. After they installed they tested both ac and heater to make sure it was working. The cool thing about it is that we can control the temperature with our nest app without getting up with our phone. I love this bc I was always forgetting to turn off our system but now I can do it anywhere. I totally recommend this company. We will use them for any HVAC related concerns."

I like the reasonable price on 'small jobs' meaning less than $500. Some plumbing companies won't take small jobserved like that. The service fee to diagnose is extremely reasonable. "Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. However, Tyndall gave me the impression, whether right or wrong, that they would be less likely to do this so I decided to try them. They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating! After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!"
