"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "Jeff has come to the rescue twice to my new build home. He came the first time in the middle of summer when the a/c would start up. It was just the fan running. He was able to repair the unit same day. Recently, the same thing happened but with our heater. The burners were not lighting up. Apparently the builders never put the cover on and they got clogged with dust and debris. He was able to get our heater working and cannot be more thankful. He was able to fix a couple of things in the attic that the builder just slapped on. I’m sure this system will not stand the test of time, especially here in Vacaville so I’ll trust New age when it’s time to replace this system"

In 2021, I spent approximately $18,000 on a new air conditioning and heating system installed by Bell Brothers. Less than three years later, I’m already facing significant issues. Last year, the unit was running slowly and struggling to keep up with the heat. When Bell Brothers came out to examine the A/C, they charged me a $99 service fee and basically told me there was nothing they could do. This week, the air conditioner stopped working entirely. When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work. "I booked a cleaning for my AC in preparation for summer (clean coils, vacuum out, check wires) the appoint window was 8am-12pm , they came at 130pm. During the process the cleaning foam to clean the coils (degrease them) malfunctioned. The driver had no back up and blamed it on warehouse not allowing him to order what he needed to keep his vehicle stocked. After spraying it off with water he attempted to put it back together and complete the job as is. I asked him what about all of the sludge (pic below) at the bottom and he said he would get it if I wanted him too. REALLY!? The job is simple cleaning the AC unit. All he was going to do was spray it with water and put it back together. This outer pics it's how he left it and apologized for not being able to do a complete job, then in the next sentence asked for payment. What a joke. Didn't even bother to reschedule or correct the problem. I contacted the office and gave them a chance (a day) to at least reach out and speak with me abo"

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
