The first thing people notice and comment on when they enter our home are the floors. The quality and workmanship are superior and we couldn't be happier! We had a plan but changed/added some things last minute, and Manny was so professional and happy to go with the flow of our changes without any issues. He started and finished per schedule and was always available to speak with any time we had questions. We even had a security issue with someone potentially creeping around our home after hours, (turned out to be a false alarm), but Manny, who was closer to our home than we were, dropped everything and met with the police to investigate. He also did a subway tile accent wall in our half bath and the cuts came out perfect! I now understand why his reviews were so excellent. Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
