Scott answered all of my phone calls personally, no answer machine or digital voice to deal with. Gave me a price and a time. Scott arrived on time as promised and performed the entire job for less than he quoted. My mothers carpet was heavily stained. He got out all of the stains and left it looking like new. She was ecstatic. Would definitely hire Scott again. He is the real deal!

Scott delivered. I bought a house that had dog urine odor saturated into hard wood floors and wanted to lay new flooring over the top. I told him that no matter what that smell had to be gone for good. The last thing I wanted was to lay new floors and have that smell come up through. There was also some odor in one of the bedrooms and the carpet was fairly new, so I didn't want to replace it if I didn't have to. Scott took care of it in one visit. I was skeptical, but he said to give it a few days for the process to work, and if necessary he would come back at no additional cost. He was right, it is completely gone and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Scott :-)

Scott said the stains would be gone and they were. Both houses were cleaned to my satisfaction . Scott was on time. When he was finished the carpets looked great. Yes I would highly recommend him. His prices were very reasonable .

He did a good job. I have a lot of unmovable stuff in my house. I felt he was a little over priced for the amount of carpet he cleaned. But, the carpet feels clean and he did get stains removed.

All I can say is, AWESOME! Scott Hoage is the owner, and retired US Marine. We had an appointment scheduled at 11am, but he called to say that he was running late, and after that, arrived when he said he would. He had two assistants, both young boys who are learning the ropes. I love that 1) he is hiring young people who mean bussiness, and are 2) eager to learn, and very disciplined. It's great to see that level of dedication in young people. In our 2000 square foot home, they completed in about 2.5 hours, INCLUDING VACUUMING! Had I known they were going to do that by default, I wouldn't have done it myself. I don't know if that's normally included, but I was really excited about that. They even took care to use the attachments to get in the joint between floor and wall. Great attention to detail. I'm also thrilled to be able to patronize an honest, and local company. Come to find out, we're literally neighbors. It doesn't get more local than that! Scott was great, educated us on the process of carpet cleaning, and held general, pleasant conversation. Would unequivocally recommend them to anybody and everybody! They also give 10% discounts to Veterans. TOO COOL!

Scott from Patriot Floor Care arrived on time and cleaned all of my carpets. My son suffers from allergies and has not been able to stop coughing so I'm hoping that getting the carpets cleaned alleviates his symptoms. They had A LOT of stains because they had never been professionally cleaned before. The house also smells clean now. Scott was very professional and gave me periodic updates on his process. I will definitely be giving Patriot Floor Care a call when it's time to get the carpets cleaned again.
