ADS Tile Flooring

I contracted Tony/ADS flooring to do my stairs. And it was not quality work. When they were installed, and “finished” they left gaps in the walls, and forgot to install the baseboards. Which we were charged for. They came and added the baseboards, but it was a very big unpleasant ordeal. Our stairs were curved so they made two into squares, which is visually very un level to which we notified them of this. It does not look good. And they were not eager to fix this problem at all. They claimed it was the structure that was not level —but they literally made the stair which is what’s NOT level. Every time we tried to communicate something we didn’t like, it was met with reluctance to fix and an unaccommodating attitude, it was hard to have a working relationship. Because we paid them for a service, and it was not done properly. I just had my stairs done maybe a month ago, one stair which I had them come back and even glue is still not adhering. A baseboard and the landing is not flush to the ground and has a very large gap. The estimates were also very confusing to how they were sent. They sent them in multiple separate emails, and at the end it seemed like hidden fees. And much more expensive. It cost about $3500-3600 for my stairs, and I wish I would have hired someone else. There are still several errors. They were not installed with care or attention to detail. I originally was referred to ads from the previous homeowners. The downstairs area was done in 2020 and already has flooring coming up, to which we just discovered. And it is tenting in a lot of areas, which is not good. And sadly they also did the upstairs bathrooms and laundry room and just glued the vinyl on top of the original tile. As a RN, I deal and handle all sorts of challenges and difficult communication. And this was a bit of a wild expierence with ADS and Tony, who can’t really communicate if you don’t like something. This is by far NOT the company to do your floors. I would strongly suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere and have someone whose going to take time to do the job right as well as communicate professionally and pay attention to the detail you deserve. It hasn’t even been three months and our stairs are already falling apart. Panels are loose, reveling whatever is underneath. They did not seal to the floor and other panels. Worst job. Really regret paying 4K for them to do my stairs. Wish I would have chosen someone else.

Great craftsmen: detailed, organized, and punctual. I'd recommend their services. However the back office personnel needs better customer interface and training. The paperwork was not reviewed and had errors in important details. She also did not understand the terms that were agreed upon. For example, she insisted upon being paid before the tiles were delivered.

Stop! Your quest to find the best floor installer has been met. Anthony Spinelli owner of ADS, runs his business with hard work, passion and integrity. Commitment to a job well done. My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. ADS tile did a fantastic job! They were able to accommodate my quick installation need. They were friendly and professional. Great work! We will definitely use them again!

ADS Flooring removed the ugly pink carpet that had been in my RV. Since 1996. They fixed my damaged floor and then installed Luxury Vinyl Planks a wood look that made my R.V. look brand new. They also installed quarter rounds throughout and stair nose at the steps. I love the work they did and get so many compliments.

If you are considering a flooring project, definitely give ADS Flooring a call. My husband Chuck and I chose them to do a complete floor makeover on the lower level of our two-story home. The owner Tony and his team are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. We put all of our trust in them and they absolutely delivered. Our project lasted over two weeks and it was worth it! We had them install doggy-proof Italian tile that looks like wood and it is BEAUTIFUL. Here are some things that really stood out about ADS: 1. Extraordinary attention to details. 2. Extremely fastidious communication. 3. Clean, clean, clean! Their work areas were always cleaned up at the end of the day, all tools put away...really neat and tidy. 4. A little ditty about Chuck and Dianne, we research out of big-ticket purchases. And this was definitely one of those times when we did A LOT of research. We received multiple bids and decided to award ADS the project for many of the reasons stated above and then some. From the bidding process to starting our project to the completion, we could not be happier. I am certain you will feel the same as us by the end of your project. We look at our beautiful flooring (along with new 5-inch baseboards!) every day and are absolutely 100% satisfied customers. Our new floors totally transformed the look of our house. Our General Contractor retired to our dismay, our remodel has taken 12 years, and he was wonderful working with use as money was available. We wanted to hire a reputable company to install our flooring, 2200 square feet, big job. We live in a rural area, so it was difficult to find someone to travel the distance. ADS Flooring is located about an hour from our home, but they had no problem traveling for the job. They were professional, and knew their jobs. There was a lot of prep work that needed to be done, leveling and building up areas that had elevation differences, and it was accomplished in a very timely fashion. In fact, we had them come back and replace previous tile that had been installed in the master and guest bathrooms so everything matched. Tony and his crew were awesome. Their office staff are amazing and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing tile work. Their prices are very affordable and their work is the best I've seen in many years. We will definitely hire them for any future work we need. A very satisfied customer.

Tony from ADS was able to do exactly what I asked him to do. 3 others that quoted the project said they could not do what I was asking. They kept to their schedule, except for a small issue at the end that required a special order. And they maintained the original budget. I would welcome them back for another project in the future. (NOTE: this was a repair and new install, so more to the work than just new tile - price was very good)

Tony, Danny and the rest of the ADS Flooring crew were amazing. I have no words to describe how beyond pleased I am with my new wood-look porcelain tile floor they installed throughout my home. I am an engineer and extremely particular and not easy to please, yet ADS surpassed my expectations in every way! I highly recommend ADS flooring! I would definitely use them again in the future.

ADS is a professional team in all aspects of their business. They manage expectations well and are communicative. They are timely and responsive. They know their trade well and give quality advice throughout the project in order to derive the best outcome for their clients. Their tradesmen are very skilled and dedicated, producing quality product in a timely fashion while maintaining a clean and organized site, and a respectful, courteous, and positive attitude. My project included over 3000 SF of travertine and; slate natural stone tile and flagstone, laid in multiple patterns, cut to fit a complex geometry and to follow varying drainage grades around a pool, sauna, stairs, and patio. I could not be happier with the entire process, especially the results! I've hired dozens of contractors for many jobs over the years and very rarely leave a review of any kind. This is the second time I have hired ADS Flooring for a job, and the work is truly excellent.

Very satisfied with the completed tile installation for my kitchen back splash. My vision was captured beautifully. Sterling was professional, yet friendly, and did not waste time while doing the job. The cost was very reasonable, and customer service was very responsive. My only complaint was the installer had an emergency and needed to leave early on the second day - which was supposed to be the day the job was finished. Tony called me to explain and also tried to find another installer for the next day. Sterling did come back the following day and finished the job. However, I needed to take another day off from work and that wasn't convenient. Overall, I received great value and a beautiful tile job!

ADS removed old tile and carpet and laid new tile. From demolition to installation, all workers - Sergio, Andre, and especially Martin - were professional and did a great job. I love my new tile floor.
