"Very promptly came out to inspect damage and make an estimate for the repair. Very friendly and courteous and very reasonable estimate. Lou even suggested he may be able to find matching replacements for the tiles that had broken. On the following Monday, he came out to do the repairs and was able to find matching tile. He charged what it cost him for the tile and added that to the bill as we had agreed. The finished work was excellent, the matching tile worked beautifully (old tile was faded a bit, but, unless you look hard, you cannot see the difference). We will certainly use him again in the future.

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"The process was very smooth and I would highly recommend their services. We went off menu and selected a different granite than the ones listed from his deal. He modified the price and we feel we got a great deal. The construction process was quick. The first day they set up templates for fabrication. That took about an hour. Then about three days later they were back with the granite ready to install. The moved quick, but they were also precise. The install took about 4-5 hours.

"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted.
