"Problem: My Tile Installer did a horrible install of the shower floor & shower window wall. I just could not learn to “live with it”. Scott responded quickly to my text & agreed to inspect. He qualified my expectations of what he could do to replace and what may go wrong. I felt comfortable with Scott’s experience, opinion and advice. Scott removed the tile meticulously with success, no damage to the other tiled walls! The niche is better balanced and is aesthetically pleasing. The floor is beautiful and now drains.
