The men who worked on my project were experienced professionals in their areas of work. They were on time, worked carefully and quickly and turned a mess back into a finished room. They moved furniture, hung a protective barrier and vacuumed after they were done. I have the highest praise for them. Two days after they were done, we had a good rain. Usually I'd look to see where the new leak was. No leak! Can't do better than that!

OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed.

I did a bathroom remodel which included a new vanity, countertop, bathtub, tile, lighting, plumbing, and flooring. Joe and his team did an amazing job. They are reliable, detail oriented, and provide great customer service. The project ended up being a perfect combination of my personal tastes and Joe's professional input. He even custom made a large vanity mirror when I was unable to find one to fit. I would definitely recommend Kincaid Development.

Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. We plan to make more renovations to our home in the near future and wouldn't consider working with any other contractor. Joe Kincaid is the best!!!

Joe Kincaid is a great contractor.  I first met Joe back in Fall of 2014 when I was looking at contractors to do a remodel of a home that I had just purchased.  The home was built in 1959 and many parts of it were original.  I wanted to upgrade the electrical box and grounding as well as replace a few of the lights.  There were a some other items I was pricing out with him, such as a small roof repair and a small bathroom remodel.  

It was on a Sunday morning, when Joe called me around 8:00 AM that my simple remodel changed completely.  We were about a week into the project.  Fortunately, Joe stopped by the house that morning early to check up on the work progress.  When he arrived, he found that my cold water line had burst under the house overnight.  The entire house was under several inches of water.  Joe was instrumental in helping me get the repairs started by first contacting a flood/mold remediation company to dry out the house.  

In the end, I had to do a complete home remodel.  Every room was affected.  Including what we were originally planning on renovating, Joe replaced the flooring (tile and wood laminate), baseboards, drywall, painting, electrical plugs, breaker box, roofing repairs, new shower tiling in the master and new shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom, new vanities in both bathrooms, new cabinets and counters in the kitchen and much more.  Joe got the work done on time and on budget.  If I could change anything, I would have used Joe for the copper re-pipe I had to do inside the house after the flood.  Even then, Joe noticed and helped take care of issues that the plumber left unfinished.  Joe became my eyes and ears during the project.  His communication was great!

Earlier this year, I had another water line problem at the house.  This time the water main line was leaking underground between the street and my house.  My first call was to Joe.  He stopped by that day and called me with his recommendations.  We decided to replace an area of the copper pipe that was leaking.  Hopefully this will be the solution as the rest of the pipe looked OK.  It was certainly a lot less expensive than replacing the whole line. Joe was thorough and did a great job both times I have used him.  I like how he is willing to give options to meet my budget and best of all, I trust what he says.

Joe uses very good judgement in all my repairs. He quickly responded to this service call placed by the tenant. He assessed the age of the water heater and advised it was past it's useful life and recommended replacing.
He does service calls on all my rentals from minor repairs to complete remodeling. His judgement is good on what needs fixing or replacing. His rates are very fair plus his quick turn around of the homes gets vacant rentals back on the market quickly. He always treats my calls as important whether they are a small repair like a garbage disposal gone bad or a roof that's leaking and that needs replacing. He is my go-to guy for all service calls.

Everything was perfect! They explained everything they were going to do and asked my input. Joe listened to my ideas and added some of his own. The job came in right on budget and finished right on time. His employees were wonderful and knew their job. I hired him again to remodel my front bathroom and now I have 2 beautiful brand new bathrooms!

They did a fanatic job on installing the custom fence around my back patio. I run a doggy day care from home and this keeps the pups safe in back yard and looks professional. I was so excited to know they could color match the fence to what ever color I wanted and they kept me up to date as the fencing was being created.

Though the Anza Valley in Riverside County is only 25 miles from the city limits of Temecula California, it suffers from name recognition problems. Many people think that the Anza Valley in Riverside County is somewhere in the Anza Borrego Desert of San Diego County, a difference of about 40 miles as the crow flies.
The Anza Valley is about 4000 feet mountainous area and on the road to Idlewild and or Palm Desert California. The Anza Borrego Desert on the other hand is at sea level. Given this problem is sometimes difficult to get service people to come to the Anza Valley area. This is unfortunate since the Anza Valley appears to be the next major area for vineyards in Southern California. Failure to services area by individuals on Angie's list is going to be a mistake on their part in the long run.
Given that I have to commend the Kincaid development Corporation or their foresight in providing his service to the Anza Valley without question. He sent his technician to my residence in Anza Valley where he remove my old electrical stove and replaced it with a new one in a very expeditious manner. Consequently, I would highly recommend the Kincaid development Corporation to anyone who needs electrical equipment installed at their property.

We were extremely pleased with the OUTSTANDING quality of service and work performed by Kincaid Development!  Joe Kincaid was always responsive and decisive.  He provided a typed work estimate detailing each item, and a final invoice clearly describing the adjustments made, which we had agreed upon in advance (for additional items). The level of communication and project management was excellent.  Joe and Mark worked with our job schedules and let us know exactly what was going to be done each day.  The team showed up at the designated time, and every one of the workers was professional and knowledgeable in their craft.  Joe organized the appropriate craftsmen for that day's work, communicated well with them in advance, and personally inspected all of the work, making adjustments to ensure that the quality was acceptable.  They even wired a plug in the outdoor grill area and added a short backsplash in the grill area and the bar area, which were not in the original contract, when it was evident that a backsplash would prevent any leakage and improve the appearance of the granite countertops.  Joe or Mark were present at the job site every day and accessible for questions. The work area floors were covered with plastic, and they cleaned up each day, removing all of the debris from inside and outside work areas, and vacuuming the cabinets.  They went the extra mile to utilize all of the granite purchased, touch up wood stain on the cabinets, seal all connections, clean up, and make sure that we were satisfied each step of the process.  The job was completed promptly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the BEAUTIFUL results!  Fine quality workmanship, attention to detail, great communication, reasonable charges, promptness -- We will definitely work with Kincaid Development again in the near future!

Joe and the crew were great, accommodated my tight schedule while my Mother in Law was out of town.  Took on my additional work without complaint and at very reasonable cost.  Would definitely hire them again.

This was the first time I was able to hire a contractor to do exactly what I wanted to do to a house. I got estimates from 2 other local General Contractors. Joe understood exactly what I was trying accomplish upon our first meeting and was the first to submit his estimate. I felt it was fair and it worked with my budget. Also, he was able to start and complete within my requested dates.

His entire crew was professional, polite and efficient. He contacted me as soon issues came up and had a solution for them (all very minor). I feel that he and his crew looked at my house as if they were going to live here themselves. And with that, they found and fixed items like poor bathroom plumbing and leaking hose bibs.

I will definitely use Kincaid for future projects.
