We can’t say enough about CM Tile! We interviewed several GCs for the project and Manuel stood out from the rest. He was communicative, provided timelines, explained things in ways we understood, and made incredibly helpful recommendations. Structural engineering problem discovered during inspection from our old 1950s built home? Done, Manuel had it solved and signed off by that afternoon. Trouble with other contractors we hired separately for specific trades? Done, Manuel had his team jump in and support to help fix their mistakes. We were doing this project remotely from Seattle so constant communication, photos, and updates were key for us and CM Tile delivered. We will exclusively be working with CM Tile on all of our future projects in the desert and have been recommending them to all of our friends. Manny and his guys are the BEST. Our house was left in shambles after a previous company tried to con us. Manny and his guys came and busted their behinds to put everything back together swiftly as they knew we’d been without the lower half of our house for months. They were fair, honest, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. When something seemed off, Manny personally took it upon himself to make sure it was 100% right. I’m a little picky about details and he made me look easy going! They were also very mindful of safety, which I appreciated greatly. Thank you so much Manny and all your guys for your hard work!

Manny and his team at CM Tile did an outstanding job installing porcelain ceramic tile flooring in our new home in Yucaipa! The first thing people notice and comment on when they enter our home are the floors. The quality and workmanship are superior and we couldn't be happier! We had a plan but changed/added some things last minute, and Manny was so professional and happy to go with the flow of our changes without any issues. He started and finished per schedule and was always available to speak with any time we had questions. We even had a security issue with someone potentially creeping around our home after hours, (turned out to be a false alarm), but Manny, who was closer to our home than we were, dropped everything and met with the police to investigate. Manny did an excellent job on the tile work in my kitchen. He is extremely nice and fun to work with. His whole crew worked very hard and the job looks great. Manny and his team remodeled two bathrooms that were taken down to the studs and tile work in our kitchen. He does amazing work. He is meticulous with his tile work and aims to make sure you love end result. He becomes family. We checked that he was licensed and insured and he is solid. Our bathrooms tuened out beautiful.

I am so happy that I chose CM Tile for my LVP flooring and tub to tile shower conversion. My home has a stair way that required highly skilled workmanship and creativity to complete. Manual, Jimmy and the CM team made it happen!! They were patient with my numerous questions and explained all of my options. I highly recommend CM tile.

CM tile did work in my 1904 Victorian Redlands, CA home in Sept. 2022. The hardwood floor in the kitchen was replaced with tile, and an adjacent ¾ bathroom was completely redone. In short, my wife and I both had an excellent experience. Manuel and his crew were diligent, professional, and polite. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Thatâ s not to say the project was without unexpected twists. The floor in the kitchen contained multiple layers of various materials that were stripped away before placing the new floor. And a pipe passing from our washing machine through the floor and into the basement had to be replaced after a leak from the pipe was discovered. The leak had slowly been doing damage to the adjacent flooring for years. The pipe was in a difficult area to reach. Manny dealt with the kitchen floor as needed and fixed the plumbing issue himself. He also placed a new toilet and a new vanity sink in the bathroom. For limited additional tasks beyond his scope needed to complete the project (such as dealing with the floor damage noted above), he brought in other experienced professionals as needed. The finished product is functional and beautiful, just what we wanted. Manny is a perfectionist with multiple skills and years of experience making homes better. Very highly recommended.

Manuel and his team did a great job! Carpeting, baseboards, laminate flooring and shower tile. My house looks brand new. I highly recommend CM Tile. They can do everything. They are all polite, courteous and professional.

Manny, Wes and James are not only GREAT flooring professionals, they're also very personable and fair. The attention to detail (straight lines) in our master shower job was incredible. Manny recessed our floor so that our dual rain resort style shower is a straight walk in, with no needed transition from the bathroom. A superb job! On top of that, we had CM-Tile install CaliVinyl Luxury Vinyl Plank in our master bedroom, new family room, office and new bath sanctuary. ALL IN ALL I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a company who puts their reputation on the line and appreciates we, the customers. Give them a shot! Manny and his employees did amazing work for the quarry tile in my coffee shop. Professional, on time and they are hard workers. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be hiring them for future projects!

CM TILE INC is by far a superior tile/flooring install company. The job started on time and finished on time. They showed up everyday on time and worked full days. When the job was complete nothing needed to be fixed or redone. They are a class act and I highly recommended them. These guys did an awesome job on our wood looking plank tile! They worked in a timely manner and the craftsmanship was second to none. I would highly recommend these guys for your next flooring job.
