I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "Problem: My Tile Installer did a horrible install of the shower floor & shower window wall. I just could not learn to “live with it”. Scott responded quickly to my text & agreed to inspect. He qualified my expectations of what he could do to replace and what may go wrong. I felt comfortable with Scott’s experience, opinion and advice.
