Raul is very good at communication. open his visit, he advised us that we don't need to polish the granite which was very honest.

After a full day with Raul and Juan, the Palm Springs Homestead tile floors looks awesome. Here s my PSA. Use these guys on your next floor tile job! You will not regret it. Here is some pictures of the work in progress and the floor looks brand new. Who knows where we will be tomorrow, but we are expecting the window blinds people to call and schedule a final appointment to add some new shades. Here is Raul and Juan and some of their handiwork.

Raul was able to expertly remove a soap dispenser from our 1960â s tiled shower wall and replace the space with reclaimed vintage tile I found online. The match was perfect and he finished with sealing all the tile to create a water protective barrier.

Awesome! Raul and his team repaired my tile in a quicker time than estimated, within cost (cheaper than other estimates) and at a high quality. He matched the grout and saved my tiles from breaking. He explained the whole process and was very communicative. Iâ  d highly recommend.

The marble countertop was marked very badly. Raul and his assistant were very neat in their work and brought the finish to the look it had when it was new. We were very pleased.

Raul & his team were fantastic. They cleaned all of the porcelain tile in my home. Some areas had been covered with rugs for at least 10 years. The tile under the rugs looked brand new. The surrounding area didnâ t even look like the same tile. They removed the rugs and furniture from each area before cleaning. Now it all looks new and I almost hate to cover the floors with the new rugs. Not only did they do a great job cleaning but were very professional and took care moving the furniture and covering all surrounding areas before cleaning.

Master Bedroom shower was deep cleaned, old grout was removed around pan perimeter, a new drain plate and cover added and new grout applied to a large walk-in shower. Big job, great work, one full day's effort. Great personal skills, friendly, highly recommend to everyone who needs his expertise. Raul used paper and plastic on the floor from my front door to the work area with no mess at the end of day. Perfect job, reasonably priced. Other quotes would not replace the old drain plate or cover.

Raul and his team were the consummate professionals. Arrived on time, very conscious of keeping the work area and my surrounding home clean and neat. I will definetly use this service team again. Job well done.

Couldn't be more thrilled!!! Rescued me from near financial tragedy coming in after previous company performed a complete grout removal and replacement on all floors in my 1700 sqft home. Initial reaction upon arrival was that entire sections in several rooms would have to be removed and replaced again, However, after doing intense haze removal on a section of the worst room, the results were much better than we expected. His crew proceeded to razor-scrape mounds of excess cured grout from all corners, floor boards and kick-plates under cabinets. Then they made several passes through the entire house with an intense grout haze remover until all rooms had been restored to an approved standard. They then completely sealed every grout line and left a squeaky clean shine in every room. Raul and his crew cooperated and coordinated with another contractor on site that day changing out the kitchen faucet. They arrived early to be finished in the kitchen before he arrived, and filled multiple buckets with water prior to the water being shut off, so they could continue unimpeded while that work was being done. They finished their work in one day at the agreed upon price and saved me from a huge loss of time and money. I feel blessed and grateful that he was available to help me out, and cannot recommend him highly enough!

Absolutely 5 STARS! I had the tile on my front and back patios cleaned and sealed by Raul Contrerasâ Southwest Tile Care company last Friday, and he and his staff did an absolutely superb job! The tile now looks absolutely brand new, even though it had some severe rust stains and very bad calcium deposits from years of sprinkler overspray, and needed grout repair in some spots. Raul gave me a fair price, and I liked his attitude and professional perspective when I first met him. And â ¦ he delivered beyond expectation. I have become used to service providers delivering at best 80% to 90% of what I would like to see occur, but Raul delivered far above my expectations. 100%+!! His experience and professional approach delivered exceptional quality. He has my very highest recommendation!
